It will depend on Canada Post but all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving it.
For many pieces yes you can. Just e-mail heather@heatherostertagandassociates and identify your stock number and I will confirm if the length can be adjusted. You will of course need to let me know the length you want.
Yes, but it may not be exactly the same as the one pictured on line. Everything is one of a kind. But people do have different size wrists and we are happy to support. Anything custom ordered cannot be returned.
Yes, but once shipped it cannot be returned. However once the piece has been made a picture of it will be emailed to you for approval prior to shipping.
The best way would be to request it at the time you placed the order for the necklace. Please indicate inventory number and we will see if we can create something that matches
If you need to make changes to an order already placed, contact us by phone and we will endeavor to make the necessary changes.

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You item must be in the original packaging. Your items needs to have the receipt or pr9oof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
